Terms of service.

Appointments: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge by providing at least 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
On-Site Issues: If our photographer cannot enter the property or safely conduct the job (e.g., unrestrained pets), they will attempt to resolve the issue and wait up to 15 minutes. If unresolved, the appointment will be cancelled, and a fee equal to 50% of the 3D Virtual Tour service will be charged.
Weather Interruptions: In the event of severe weather conditions that could interrupt service, we allow rescheduling within the 24-hour window at no additional cost.

Coverage: We service Los Angeles and Orange counties. Jobs outside the Greater Los Angeles Area may incur a travel fee of $80 for distances of 30 to 50 miles one way, and $130 for over 50 miles one way.

Turnaround Time: We strive to deliver all marketing materials within 2 days post-3D shooting. However, delays may occur, especially for larger properties.
3D Virtual Tours: The 3D scans are final and cannot be edited. It is crucial to prepare the property before scanning. External lighting conditions may necessitate only indoor scanning, with 360-degree snapshots provided for outdoor areas.

Property Assessment: Our photographers will assess the property to determine the areas to be scanned. Decisions to exclude certain areas are based on access difficulties and maintaining the quality of the Virtual Tour.
Detached Spaces: Detached structures like garages or guesthouses will not be linked directly in the 3D Virtual Tour but can be included as 360-degree photos or as separate 3D Tours with additional fees.

Real Estate Properties: 3D Tours will be hosted free for 6 months post-delivery.
Businesses: 3D Tours for businesses will be hosted free for 12 months.
Post-Hosting: After the initial free period, hosting can be extended for $10 per month, with a 6 month minimum commitment. If not renewed within 15 days post-expiration, the 3D Tour will be permanently deleted from our servers.

In cases of creative differences leading to project termination, you will be invoiced for 50% of the initiated work, provided all reasonable attempts were made to meet your specifications.
